This Privacy Policy provides a detailed explanation about how we collect, store, and use your personal information. This Policy forms part of the Alpha5 User Agreement. By accessing and using or any of our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. When you register your account with Alpha5 or use your account with Alpha5, you are required to provide personal registration information in accordance with our KYC Policy. When you use the services offered by Alpha5, we may automatically receive and record the information relating to your web browser, including but not limited to the IP address and records on the web pages that you request to access. From time to time, we may obtain information about you from third party sources as required or permitted by applicable law, such as public databases, ID verification and services for the purpose of verifying your identity. ID verification services use a combination of government records and publicly available information about you to verify your identity.
